Yes Man

Yes Man appeared as a cameo at the end of Mad Max Vs. The Vault Dweller. He was voiced by Molemanninethousand.

Information on the Cameo

Yes Man is a robot character in the game Fallout: New Vegas. He is an artificial intelligence created by initial antagonist Benny to assist in his planned takeover of the New Vegas Strip. Yes Man, appearing as a large smiling face, is programmed to follow all orders given to him... and Benny forgot to make it so that he would only listen to his own orders. After confronting Benny, the Courier discovers Yes Man in his apartment, whereupon the robot becomes the player's potential tool in conquering the Mojave Wasteland independently of any other authority, should they choose to do so. Through this route, Yes Man soon becomes the occupant of the computer frame formerly inhabited by Vegas' initial ruler during the game, Mr. House, should he be killed as is required for the game to be completed by following any route besides the one under him, and serves to keep track of the Courier's progress in dealing with the various prospective secondary factions prior to the final battle at Hoover Dam. At the end of the game, the player can optionally have Yes Man execute the corrupt NCR general Lee Oliver by punching him into the dam's crevasse.

  • He is the second cameo to kill a rapper, after James Bond, and the first to do so on behalf of the victim's opposing rapper, rather than as an outside force.
